Avi Alpert
Vice President, LendingAvi Alpert started his real estate career as a Project Development Manager in 2017. The following year, he joined the real estate lending industry when he turned his internship into a full-time position at a financial lending institution. Afterwards, Mr. Alpert climbed the corporate ladder from Operations Analyst to the Director of Underwriting in less than two years.
Throughout his career, Mr. Alpert gained experience in managing and servicing over 200 loans. This was besides underwriting/originating over $150 m. in new loans. Mr. Alpert graduated Cumme Laude and holds a BA in Finance from CUNY Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business.
Binyamin Pinhas, CPA
Senior AccountantBinyamin Pinhas is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who has worked in public accounting for 5+ years. First at KPMG and then with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Pinhas focused on large inbound banks, insurance companies, and large general merchandise clients.
Before joining TrueStone, Binyamin served as a Tax Senior at Roth&Co, a Brooklyn-based public accounting firm. There he managed a team focused on tax and general accounting services to real estate and healthcare companies.
Mr Pinhas is proud of getting back to his community. While working full time at TrueStone, he is doing night shifts as an adjunct lecturer at Brooklyn College. He teaches tax and accounting courses.
Binyamin Pinhas graduated from CUNY Baruch with an MS in Taxation, and Brooklyn College with a BS in Accounting.
Jack Aini
General CounselJack A. Aini is the General Counsel and a Board Member of TrueStone. Mr. Aini has over 25 years of real estate, finance, banking, and corporate law experience. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Aini & Associates PLLC, a full-service law firm in New York. Before going into private practice, Mr. Aini served for 10 years as Vice President and CMBS Business Development Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Aini was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
Mr. Aini’s law practice is focused on commercial and residential real estate, investment and commercial banking, general corporate, commercial and residential mortgage-backed securitizations, re-securitizations, and other financial products. Mr. Aini received both his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and his J.D. from Cardozo Law School with honors.
JJ Goldblatt
Loan OriginatorJJ Goldblatt joined TrueStone in August of 2021 and has been a vital piece of the group. Starting off as an underwriter, he has excelled in getting deals closed in time and in cultivating client relations. Mr. Goldblatt now serves as a Loan Originator. His work experience in property management and title insurance gives him an exact and invaluable feel for the industry. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as snowboarding on the slopes of Vermont.
Jack Barasch
ControllerJack Barasch is the Controller of TrueStone and has been in the business of managing the finances of various companies for 35+ years. He oversees the firm’s operational accounting, and leads the production of financial reports, maintains the accounting system, and overviews the cash flow. Mr. Barasch specializes in cash control and financial operations of various companies. He graduated from Brooklyn College with an Accounting Degree and later went on to get his CPA. When he isn’t running the books, he enjoys skiing, playing basketball, and hiking.
Maurice Dayan
AnalystMaurice Dayan is a part-time accounting analyst at Truestone. As an analyst, Maurice is responsible for overseeing the finances and reconciling our accounts of everything Truestone has to offer. Mr. Dayan concurrently works part-time at Gina Group, where he is an executive assistant. Maurice is currently attending Brooklyn College pursuing a degree in business management. Maurice is a licensed EMT in the state of NY & NJ and volunteers on two first aid squads in order to help and give back to the community.
Solly Spigel
Property ManagerSolly Spigel is a real estate manager who boasts over 15 years of experience in managing commercial and residential properties. Mr, Spigel is an expert when it comes to customizing his management process to match what his clients want. He is a true professional in all aspects of the property management business, whether it is full-service management, rent/expense management, lease management or maintenance. He excels at handling all the administrative management that his clients’ properties demand in order to make them less complicated and more profitable.
Sol Dayan
Managing PartnerPrior to beginning at TrueStone, Sol Dayan was Vice President of Originations at FM Capital, where he worked as a commercial mortgage broker for over 4 years. Before working at FM, Mr. Dayan worked in an analyst position at Skyline Capital Group. He graduated from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business with a double major in Quantitative Analytics and Finance. Notably, in just five years of experience, Mr. Dayan has closed over $250 million in loans and investment transactions. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in NY, and NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in NY & NJ.
Ted Elnekaveh
Senior Asset ManagerTed Elnekaveh is head of asset management for TrueStone. He is a real estate and finance professional with over 15 years of experience. He is trusted for his ability to manage the full property lifecycle, including acquisitions, debt & equity financing, construction management, leasing, asset management, and property management. Prior to working in real estate, Mr. Elnekaveh worked in management consulting and dealt in various industries to help global companies develop and implement their business strategies. He also has experience in entrepreneurship, finance, and Big 4 accounting. Mr. Elnekaveh earned his Bachelor in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, as well as an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He loves to explore new places and cultures, and has traveled to about 25 countries.
Yael Ishakis
Director of OriginationsYael Ishakis is Vice President of Originations with FM Capital. She is responsible for originating commercial real estate mortgages for clients. She began her career as a commercial mortgage broker in 2002 with Sterling Empire Funding, where she concentrated on the New York metropolitan area. Whilst there, she specialized in multifamily and commercial origination. Yael joined FM Capital in 2014 and has been focused on originating commercial and residential loans in the Southeast region. Throughout her career, she has managed more than half a billion in debt transactions.

Edmond Harary
Board MemberEdmond is the CEO of Gina Group LLC, an industry-leading wholesale fashion apparel, accessories, and lifestyle company. As CEO, Edmond is responsible for overseeing the entire business from operations, to finances, overseas etc…. Edmond is a firm believer in balancing the micro with the macro, and is therefore able to successfully navigate through business challenges. He prides himself on his ability to manage correctly, and bring balance to everything that he does. In addition to his wholesale experience, Edmond also has a vast amount of history in commercial real estate. He has participated in LP and GP investments for over 25+ years, and has a keen understanding for assessing risk. Edmond brings immense value to every team that he is a part of, and his ability to diversify and change with the times makes him an even stronger asset to our team. With Edmond’s extensive business background, in wholesale and in real estate, he is an active partner at TrueStone where he is involved in consulting, capital raising, and assisting in new partnership structuring. Edmond graduated from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business in 1986 after studying international business and marketing. Edmond enjoys reading, working out, giving back to his community, and spending time with family.
Elie Chemtob
Board MemberElie Chemtob is the CEO of the electronic manufacturing company Jem Accessories. As CEO, he has sold to Walmart and secured multiple big brand licensing agreements. At TrueStone, he is responsible for big picture business growth and is skilled in being quick to market and innovative, having a keen understanding of how to get deals done.
In addition to his wholesale experience, Mr. Chemtob also has a background in real estate. When he is not helping to close deals, he enjoys playing sports, watching movies, and spending time with his family.

Jack J Gindi
Board MemberJack Gindi is an EVP/partner at Gina Group LLC, an industry-leading wholesale fashion apparel, accessories, and lifestyle company. He oversees brand and business acquisitions, strategic planning, and marketing for Gina Group. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Gindi has worked with some of the leading importers, owners, brand managers and retailers in the country. His extensive network of relationships positions him well as a partner and deal maker. He has leveraged these relationships to create partnerships for TrueStone’s real estate asset and property management projects. Mr. Gindi earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Bernard Baruch College. He is also a loving husband and father of five. He is an avid athlete and passionate Zionist who is deeply involved with local community affairs and various charitable causes.
Marco Chemtob
Board MemberMarco Chemtob is the CFO of the electronic manufacturing company Jem Accessories. He is a native businessman who currently runs 4 wholesale and servicing companies and who has over 35 years of experience in the business. As CFO, Mr. Chemtob spends most of his time handling the finances of his companies. He is skilled in finance, dealing with banks, international factories, and in making long and short-term financial projections.
Mr. Chemtob prides himself on his negotiation and deal-making skills. In addition to his wholesale experience, Marco also has a background in real estate. He began purchasing single family homes and has progressed into commercial real estate over the past 10 years. He has purchased multiple single-family homes, multifamily properties, warehouses, office buildings, and shopping centers all over the East Coast. Mr. Chemtob’s business experience, combined with his real estate knowledge, make him a valuable asset to the Truestone team. When he is not negotiating deals and handling finances, he enjoys giving back to the community.
Raymond Dayan
Board MemberRaymond Dayan is the President of Gina Group LLC, an industry-leading wholesale fashion apparel, accessories, and lifestyle company. As President, Mr. Dayan is responsible for the growth of the company and making sure every part of the business runs smoothly. He oversees all of the divisions and is the leader of all growth and development opportunities. In addition to his wholesale experience, Mr. Dayan also has a vast amount of history in commercial real estate. He has participated in LP and GP investments for over 20 years. This has afforded him a keen understanding of what deals are attractive, as well as a sense of how he can add value to the project. Mr. Dayan is an integral member of every team and company that he is a part of. He has never lost sight of what’s necessary to succeed – that is, having good teams behind him to move the project forward. He is a fond believer in “There is no I in team,” and always strives to be a team player. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and loves to give back to society and families in need.
